If you have other questions, you are welcome to contact our customer service. 1. I can't see any charts. The default setting for charts is to display values for current year. If you haven't entered any values for current year there will be no chart to display. To solve the problem: Click on the "Tools" section in the Manage module. Click on the "Change chart settings" link. Click on the name of desired indicator. Select the alternative "Fixed" forecast under the X axis heading. Enter Start and End date for the time period to be displayed in the charts. Click on the "Preview" button to see what it looks like. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
2. How do fixed forecast / rolling forecast work? Fixed forecast is standard for charts. This means that the charts display values for a fixed time period. If you don't select a specific time period current year is displayed. If you want to display values for another time period, i.e. last year and current year, you enter desired dates in the start and end date fields. All periods between these dates will be displayed in the chart. If you select rolling forecast it means that the x axel will roll. If you choose 5 periods you will be seen 5 periods in the chart. Current time period is displayed in the middle with 2 periods before and 2 periods after. 3. I want to show Q4 last year to Q4 current year in the same chart. Click on the "Tools" section in the Manage module. Click "Change chart settings" link. Click the name of desired indicator. Select the alternative "Fixed" forecast under the heading X axis. Enter start date and end date for desired time period. Click on the "Preview" button to see what it looks lika. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
4. I have forgotten my password (but not locked my account). Click on the "I don't remember my password" link in the login window. Fill in your username. Click on the "Send" button and your logon information will be sent to you by e-mail (if you have a correct e-mail address registered in Cockpit Communicator). 5. I have created a new indicator, but it does not show up in the report. You must add it to the report template. Click on the "Tools" section in the Manage module. Click on the "Manage report templates" link. Click on the name of desired template. Select the indicator you wish to add to the template. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes. Now you have to delete the report with the missing indicators and then create a new one for the same period.
6. I have changed some text/values in the analysis section, but the changes do not show up in the report or in the View module. The report has to be updated with the latest changes. Click on the "Reports" section in the Manage module. Select the report you wish to update with the last changes. Click on the "Refresh" button. Verify that it is the correct period and then click on the "OK" button. Click on "Yes" button if you want to refresh the reports displayed, otherwise click on the "No" button.
Now the changes should appear in your report and, if you have published information, also in the View module. 7. I have the wrong security level in an organisation. 8. I want to change my password. Click on the "My settings" function in top right hand corner. Enter your current password in the field "Password". Enter your new password in the field "New password". Confirm your new password in the field "Confirm password". Click "Save" button to save your changes.
9. I can't see my ordinary structure in Manage / Analysis. When you click on section Analysis in the Manage module the system will remember your last search criteria. To view your structure you have to clear the search function. |
