At 4GHI we are actively working to contribute to a better environment both at work and from a global perspective.
We separate at source all waste products at our office. We choose the most environment-friendly and work efficient ways to travel. We work with web conferances to reduce travelling.
All work places have been examined by health experts. We use office equipment of the highest quality only.
All employees have the right to:

An important factor at work is the sense of togetherness and that everyone enjoys going to work. It is therefore most important to have the best conditions to be able to do a good job. At 4GHI it is as important to take a break as it is to do your best at work. Everyone is present at breaks where coffee and tea is served. At lunch we eat together if possible. Two times per year we have an activity of some sort together. It can be everything from a Christmas dinner to a trip abroad.
4GHI is connected to Almega IT's collective agreement. For employees this means that all work hours etc are regulated. We are also guaranteed service pension to be paid out. We are insured if an accident happens.
The wages we have at 4GHI are market oriented, individual and adapted to standards in the business.
Balance between family life and work
To have a practically functioning family life is as important as us having a good work environment. We have flexible work hours with possibility to start work up to 8.30 am.
The ground rule is that each employee is responsible for their 40 hour week to be carried out.
